R for Rabbit Baby Products Pvt Ltd is the operator of website https://www.rforrabbit.com/. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of an agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.

If their non-availability of the product in stocks, R for Rabbit have the right to cancel the order and refund the money.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

  1. Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 - 7 days. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days of order placement. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

4 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. You need to inform us via contacting customer care either through call or email.

 

  1. Deliverable Pincodes Availability :

Our courier services can revise their pin code services at any given point of time due to unavoidable circumstances. In this instance, our customer care team will get in touch with you for an alternate shipping address if possible. R for Rabbit holds the right to cancel the order in case of the provided pin code is non-serviceable.

 

  1. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find the outer box of your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

All the prices displayed on the checkout page is inclusive of all taxes.

 

  1. Cancellations

Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped you can't cancel it. Incase your order is shipped and you still want to cancel you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery.For prepaid order; refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

  1. Shipment Return To Origin:

Our courier partner will try to attempt the delivery three times but due to any reason if the parcel is not delivered then the shipment will be RTO by our courier partner. For reshipment of the order, the customer needs to wait till the product is back in our warehouse (Non Cod). For COD orders customers can place fresh order.
