1) Is a 360-degree toothbrush good for kids?

Yes, especially for toddlers aged 2 to 5 who resist traditional brushing. A 360° toothbrush like the Tiny Smiles Poppins cleans all tooth surfaces in one motion, making brushing faster and more effective. It's also easier for parents to use on kids who don't sit still.

2) What's the difference between a baby toothbrush and a kids toothbrush?

Baby toothbrushes are designed for infants just getting their first teeth. They have the smallest heads and gentlest bristles. Kids toothbrushes are for ages 2 and above, with slightly larger heads and more structured bristle patterns to clean teeth more effectively as more teeth come in.

3) Is a U-shaped toothbrush safe for kids?

Yes, when used correctly and with parental supervision. U-shaped toothbrushes like the Tiny Smiles U-Brush are designed for kids aged 1 to 4. They clean all tooth surfaces at once and are made from soft, food-safe silicone. Don't leave a young child alone with one, though.

4) What bristle type is recommended for kids' toothbrushes by dentists?

Soft or ultra-soft bristles are universally recommended for children by dental associations including the Indian Dental Association. Medium or hard bristles can damage sensitive gum tissue and the thin enamel on milk teeth. All Tiny Smiles brushes use ultra-soft bristles for this reason.
