What is covered

  • the product was assembled or installed wrongly, against the user manual
  • the product was opened, repaired or changed by anyone other than RFR
  • the damage is from water or liquid, fire, insects, pets, or a power or voltage surge
  • the damage is only on the surface, such as scratches, dents, paint, print, fading or stains
  • the product was used commercially or for rental

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact RFR customer care. Share your order ID or invoice, a photo or video of the problem, and the serial or batch number if your product has one.
  2. We will check your claim and tell you whether it is covered. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
  3. If your claim is accepted, we will work with you to resolve it at no cost to you. Depending on the claim, this may include:
    • Sending a spare part, where the problem is in one part and you can fit it
    • Replacing the product or the defective component, where appropriate
  4. Pickup and delivery are free for covered claims.

If your product is out of warranty, or the part is not covered, you can still buy spare parts from us, subject to availability.
