Job Description:

  • Making Long term and Short Term Goals for business development of assigned zone
  • Provide all type of assistance, guidance and materials to the team
  • Coordinating between Head office and Field Staff and get the issues sorted out quickly
  • Coordination with all departments as and when required to get the work done smoothly and efficiently
  • Making Business plans and strategies with his team and HOD
  • Responsible to generate business from existing stores by introducing entire product range
  • Expansion plan and month on month new store addition
  • Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans
  • Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of the zone
  • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship

Sr. Executive Sales

Job Description:

  • Responsible to generate business from assigned zone
  • Ensure primary and secondary targets are achieved (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
  • Good connection with retailers and distributors
  • Open to travel to other cities to generate business and conduct meetings with retailers/distributors
  • Good coordination with Head office to get the issues sorted out quickly
  • Making Business plans with his team and RSM and implementing the same
  • Business expansion plan and month on month new store additions

Other: 

  • Preferred applicants resides in Rajkot & Mumbai respectively and have an adequate knowledge of its geography
  • Must have prior experience in baby industry only (similar categories like R for Rabbit)
