RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN?
Provide your order number and email address or Phone Number.
Follow the instructions and select the product you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
15 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Product should be bought from www.rforrabbit.com store only.
Customer needs to provide Invoice for the same product.
Product return won't be accepted if it has exceeded 15 days than date of delivery.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
Please note : R for Rabbit Feather Diapers. Baby Care Products, Breast pump, Feeding bottles, Sippers, Spout cups, Nibblers, Feeding Spoons, Potty Seats are non returnable products due to hygiene clause.
YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked with the help of customer care team. Once your order is shipped we can't cancel it. Incase your order is shipped and you still want to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery. For prepaid order; refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub.

There are no charges for return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once the product has been successfully picked up and the shipment status is updated to In-transit, the refund process will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 3 working days from the date of refund initiation.
