2. Is this campaign only for mothers?

All roles are open to everyone. But in case of a tie during evaluation, we’ll give preference to moms re-entering the workforce.

3. Are any roles part-time or remote?

All the roles are full-time in Ahmedabad.

4. I don’t have recent work experience. Will that affect my chances?

Not necessarily. We value skills, attitude, and potential just as much as experience.

5. Will I be paid the same as other employees in the same role?

Yes, all selected candidates will undergo a warm onboarding, especially curated to make rejoining the workforce smooth.
