Absolutely. We celebrate restarts! If you meet the basic requirements, we encourage you to apply.

2. Is this campaign only for mothers?

All roles are open to everyone. But in case of a tie during evaluation, we’ll give preference to moms re-entering the workforce.

3. Are any roles part-time or remote?

All the roles are full-time in Ahmedabad.

4. I don’t have recent work experience. Will that affect my chances?

Not necessarily. We value skills, attitude, and potential just as much as experience.

5. Will I be paid the same as other employees in the same role?

Absolutely. We follow equal pay for equal work, irrespective of gender, motherhood status, or career breaks.

6. Will there be training or onboarding support?

Yes, all selected candidates will undergo a warm onboarding, especially curated to make rejoining the workforce smooth.
