R for Rabbit Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the R for Rabbit Affiliate Program! By signing up and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining the program.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To become an affiliate, you must submit a completed application through our website.

1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1.3 Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Affiliates may promote R for Rabbit products through their websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, or other approved marketing methods.

2.2 Affiliates must not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices.

2.3 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and other data privacy laws.

2.4 Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on R for Rabbit branded keywords in PPC campaigns.

2.5 Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited promotions to drive traffic.

3. Commission & Payment

3.1 Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales made through their unique affiliate links.

3.2 Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in the affiliate portal. 

3.3 Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold of INR 1000.

3.4 Orders that are refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

4.1 Affiliates need to create unique tracking link for promotions from the dashboard. 

4.2 Affiliate links must not be shared on coupon sites, adult sites, or any website that promotes illegal activities.

4.3 Self-referrals are not permitted; affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own purchases.

5. Intellectual Property & Branding

5.1 Affiliates may use R for Rabbit’s logos, banners, and promotional materials provided through the affiliate portal.

5.2 Affiliates must not modify or create derivative works of R for Rabbit’s branding without prior written consent.

5.3 Affiliates must not present themselves as official representatives of R for Rabbit.

6. Termination

6.1 R for Rabbit reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for violations of these terms.

6.2 Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice.

6.3 Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions if found in violation of the terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 R for Rabbit is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the affiliate dashboard or tracking system.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1 R for Rabbit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

8.2 Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

8.3 Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Any disputes arising from the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
