Good product but worse packing from R4R

Sturdy, good looking product and seems durable. Tires are in good quality. Product arrived with lots of scratches unlikely for unused product. This is my 3rd product from R for Rabbit , all products had same issue with packing. Packing should be improved with lot of bubble wraps and thermocol sheets.
