Exceptional Customer Service Experience

I ordered the Road Runner hopper scooter from Amazon and the delivered product had a defect in the spring function. I then contacted the customer care support team from R for Rabbit’s and the replacement of the product was done in 2 days. I am really satisfied with the service and the quality of the products of R for Rabbit. I have been a loyal customer to the company for 5 years now. They have never failed to impress me.

A Worthwhile Purchase!

I ordered the kick scooter for my son’s 6th Birthday. It arrived defective as the right handle seemed a little disbalanced, I then contacted the customer service team and I must say they very promptly looked into my issue and sent me a replacement of the entire product within 2 working days. My son absolutely loves riding the scooter. Also, the quality is premium and the wheels leave no mark on the floor, which makes it even more desirable! It has a good value for money.

Satisfactory Customer Care Support

I ordered a hopper scooter but it arrived defective with all the three wheels not in alignment when in motion. I then approached the customer service team from the R for Rabbit’s website and they were very patient in handling my issue, sending me a replacement within 3 working days. I should say my experience of ordering from their website was way  better than when ordering from other platforms like Amazon or flipkart.

It has a smooth glide leaving no marks behind. This is something I absolutely loved as I had a bad experience with my previous such purchase where the scooter left the tyre marks everywhere.
