Description

Summer shorts, crafted with safety in mind and designed purposefully.

Warm days mean bare legs and damp skin: the conditions where dyes and finishes are tested most. R for Rabbit’s pocket shorts holds the line with AZO-free dyes, metal-free fabric, and a pH-balanced, colorfast finish with no pilling. Colour stays in the fabric, not on your child and adds to our purposeful by design promise.

The soft elastic waistband holds gently, the diaper-friendly fit sits comfortably over a nappy in the smaller sizes, and side pockets give little hands somewhere to put the day’s findings. With cotton crinkled muslin at its heart, the shorts are lightweight, airy, breathable, and moisture absorbent — made for hot afternoons and rough play alike.

Purposeful by design, from the waistband to the pockets: R for Rabbit made the summer staple safe before it made it sweet.

Key features

Safety First Design: R for Rabbit’s 100% Crinkle Cotton pocket shorts are free from harmful azo dyes and metals that may trigger skin reaction, with a pH-balanced colorfast finish with no pilling that keeps the clothes fresh wash after wash and offers gentle everyday comfort.
100% Cotton Crinkled Muslin: Lightweight, airy, breathable, and moisture absorbent.
Side Pockets: The detail every toddler uses.
Soft Elastic Waistband: Gentle hold, no digging.

Customer reviews

From real mornings

Got the 3-4 years waist measurement on chat

Asked on chat about the waist measurements for 3-4 years. Got a quick, clear answer and the size was right.

Colour slightly lighter than expected

The navy is a shade lighter than in the photos, more of a dusty blue. Still looks nice, just not what I pictured.

Comfortable for naps too

He refuses to change out of these for his afternoon nap. Soft enough that I don't mind.

Exchanged the size easily

The 2-3 years turned out too snug for my tall toddler, so I exchanged it for 3-4 years. The process was easy and quick.

Gift for my nephew's birthday

Bought two pairs in 3-4 years for my nephew's fourth birthday. My sister was impressed with the quality.
