Box lid is not fitting well

I have purchased this box but its lid it not fit properly so food is coming out while bit shake it’s not useful even for a single use for me because if lid is not fit or tight how can we use this.
I am very disappointed as it’s non returnable or replaceable

TBH, I purchased it becayse I found it very cute but must say the material is very strong and cleaning it is also easy with the detachable tiffins. Lovely colours.
