Pathetic customer service..within 10 days motor stopped working and now they rejected return and asking to wait for another 15days

I ordered this product and the delivery was delayed for 1 week and customer care do not support at all.

I love it

this cradle looks very nice. the cushion is very soft. the buttons and remote are user friendly. im using it with both batteries and with adapter. the musics are good. but the animal sounds are not good to listen. I like the overall experience. yeah. worth buying it.

A good cradle for baby

I liked the product its really good, the swing works really smooth with good music. The cushion of the bedding could have been better little harsh for the baby. Over all a good product.

Well designed cradle

it is a very good product and functions as it is described. the installation was easy. Took some efforts to learn to put the cloth material and net on the top the first time. there is instruction given for the same. the remote is also a simple one to use.the base is flat with cushioning and i guess can be removed n washed/cleaned.only drawback i felt is, the height is bit low. I would prefer bit taller. But that is also because i am a tall guy. so have to bend a bit to reach it.Also, Would have been nice if it was priced bit lower.
